At Tura we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase and decide if it's the right fit for you.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags are intact, and you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hello@turatravel.ca. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
Exceptions: While we strive to accommodate all returns and exchanges, there are certain items that cannot be returned or exchanged. These include custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to our customer support team for clarification.
Damages and Issues: We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but sometimes unforeseen issues may arise. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or refund.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply for returns and exchanges during this cooling off period.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
